When we download the HMI project to the target PC, the keys in the virtual keyboard do not respond to the user input. However, if we restart the runtime, the keys in the virtual keyboard does respond. The issue only happens during the project download not during the PC startup. The ix runtime vesrion is 2.40 SP7.
I am not sure whether this is a bug or am I missing something? Can someone please suggest a solution to resolve this issue ?
